Responsibilities

• Plan, implement and supervise activities within the Boys & Girls Club program areas.
• Oversee special programs and events (e.g., Keystone, Youth of the Year).
• May supervise other Youth Development Professionals to ensure continuity of services.
• Build and maintain professional relationships with Club members and families.
