Happy to Help Caregiving is launching a Cleveland—West Side branch and seeking an Executive Director to lead growth, operations, referrals, and client care quality. You will recruit caregivers, build partnerships, and manage branch P&L, while traveling regularly across the West Side.

You will combine local field presence with remote administration during the launch, live in or relocate to the Cleveland market, and drive revenue growth, service quality, and compliance.

Qualifikationen

• 3+ years leading a team in home care, home health, senior living, healthcare services, or multi‑unit/branch operations.
• Proven track record meeting sales/business development and operations targets.
• Valid driver's license, reliable transportation, and ability to travel locally most days.
• Ability to participate in rotating after-hours/on-call schedule.
• Strong written and verbal communication; comfort with spreadsheets, CRM, and scheduling/EVV platforms.

Aufgaben

• Build and execute a local marketing plan to position Happy to Help as the preferred in-home care provider.
• Develop and manage referral relationships with hospitals, home health, hospice, senior living, rehab, physicians, and community orgs.
• Track pipeline and close rates; convert inquiries to starts; grow billable hours.
