Job summary

Happy to Help Caregiving is launching a new Toledo, Ohio branch and seeking an Executive Director to lead growth, operations, and client care. You will build the local referral network, recruit the initial care team, and establish dependable operations to drive service quality and financial performance.

You will spend substantial time in the field with clients, caregivers, and partners, while handling admin and strategy from home during the launch. Relocation to Toledo is required.

Qualifications

• 3+ years leading a team in home care or related services.
• Proven track record meeting sales and operations targets.
• Valid driver's license, reliable transportation, and ability to travel locally.
• Rotating after-hours/on-call schedule availability.
• Strong written and verbal communication; comfortable with spreadsheets.

Responsibilities

• Launch and grow the Toledo market, build local referral network.
• Recruit, hire, and onboard caregivers and office staff.
• Oversee scheduling, EVV, CRM, and compliance.
• Manage branch P&L, budget, and margin goals.
• Maintain high client satisfaction and service quality.
