Happy to Help Caregiving in Columbus, Ohio is hiring a full-time Executive Director to launch and grow our local market. You will build the referral network, recruit and develop the initial care team, establish dependable operations, and drive branch growth, service quality, and financial performance.

This role requires an active local presence during launch, with a mix of on-site client, caregiver, and partner visits and administrative work from home until a branch office is chosen.

Qualifications

• 3+ years leading a team in home care or related sector.
• Proven track record meeting sales/operations targets.
• Valid driver's license and ability to travel locally.

Responsabilités

• Build and execute a local Columbus marketing plan to position as the preferred in-home care provider.
• Develop and manage referral relationships (hospitals, home health, hospice, senior living, rehab, physicians, community orgs).
• Recruit, hire, and onboard caregivers and office staff; ensure shifts are filled and care plans followed.
• Oversee scheduling and on-call routing; participate in rotating on-call schedule.
• Own branch P&L: forecast, budget, and profit goals while maintaining quality.
• Ensure compliance with state non-medical home-care regulations, HIPAA, and company policies.
