Job summary

Happy to Help Caregiving is launching a new Cincinnati, Ohio market with a full-time Executive Director to build the local referral network, assemble the initial care team, and establish dependable operations. The role requires an active local presence, with field work alongside administrative duties from home during launch.

You will own the branch P&L, drive growth, ensure service quality, and manage budget while maintaining compliance with state regulations and HIPAA.

Qualifications

• 3+ years leading a team in home care, home health, senior living, or related operations.
• Proven track record meeting sales/business development targets.
• Valid driver’s license and ability to travel locally most days.
• Willingness to participate in rotating after-hours/on-call schedule.

Responsibilities

• Build and execute a local marketing plan to position the company as the preferred in-home care provider.
• Develop and manage referral relationships with hospitals, home health, hospice, etc.
• Recruit, hire, and onboard caregivers and office staff; ensure shifts are filled.
• Oversee scheduling and on-call routing; maintain records and compliance.
• Conduct in-home assessments and manage client expectations and care outcomes.
