Job summary

ImproveIt Home Remodeling is seeking a results-driven Installation Management leader to drive excellence in branch installation operations, logistics, process improvement and superior customer service.

The General Production Branch Manager will collaborate with the Regional Production Manager to optimize branch performance, mentor staff, and manage installation partners to ensure targets are met while delivering a 5-Star customer experience.

Qualifications

• Experience in residential construction/installation management.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Highly organized and results-driven.

Responsibilities

• Manage production-focused and operational functions for the assigned region.
• Lead installation partners and staff to optimize efficiencies.
• Drive continuous process improvement to hit revenue and COGS goals and maintain customer service excellence.
• Mentor and develop team members for growth and leadership succession.
• Track materials delivery and supervise field visits with partners.
