Job summary

The Adecco Group seeks a Branch Manager to lead performance across client growth, account retention, and branch operations. You will oversee recruitment strategies, coach a team, manage budgets, and ensure service levels meet client expectations.

Responsibilities include expanding existing accounts, maintaining high client satisfaction, and directing day-to-day branch activities while driving profitability and compliance with company policies.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 2+ years direct sales experience with increased responsibilities.
• 1 year of supervisory/management experience in a sales or service role.

Responsibilities

• Grow and retain existing accounts and win back lost/lapsed accounts.
• Ensure client requirements and SLAs are met.
• Maintain high client satisfaction via regular reviews with client and program teams.
• Manage branch P&L and cost controls; develop budgets and forecasts.
• Lead recruitment, training, and development of branch staff.
• Build new client relationships and expand revenue opportunities.
• Conduct monthly/quarterly business reviews with leadership.
• Onboard new customers including terms, credit assessment, and fee calculations.
