Job summary

The Adecco Group is seeking a Branch Manager to lead a team, grow revenues, and manage the branch P&L in the United States. You will recruit, coach, and develop staff while delivering top-tier service to clients and candidates.

You will also set strategic plans for growth, monitor KPIs, and ensure SLA adherence across accounts. You will collaborate with sales leadership to understand client needs, negotiate terms, and drive continuous improvement in processes and service delivery.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 5+ years relevant work experience in sales or branch management.
• Two years of direct sales experience with increased responsibilities.
• One year of supervisory/management experience with a sales or service team.

Responsibilities

• Grow and retain accounts; plan to win new clients and improve revenue.
• Manage day-to-day branch operations, coaching recruiters and staff.
• Oversee branch P&L, budget, and cost controls; monitor KPIs and SLAs.
• Coordinate with client contacts and internal teams to meet contractual obligations.
• Conduct regular business reviews, improve processes, and optimize pay/bill rates.
