Job summary

The Adecco Group is seeking a Branch Manager to lead growth strategies, manage client relationships, and drive branch profitability in a dynamic staffing environment. You will recruit, train, and develop the branch team while delivering exceptional service to clients and candidates.

Key responsibilities include managing P&L, setting pay/bill rates, and implementing recruitment strategies, with a focus on improving KPIs and SLAs. This is a leadership role in a fast-paced staffing organization.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent and 5+ years of relevant work experience.
• Two years direct sales experience with a proven track record.
• Sales experience within a personnel service organization is preferred.
• One year of supervisory / management experience with a sales or service-oriented staff.

Responsibilities

• Grow and retain existing accounts and win back lost/lapsed accounts.
• Ensure client requirements (operational and contractual) meet SLA targets.
• Maintain high customer satisfaction through regular communication and business reviews.
• Serve as escalation point for Client, Procurement, Operations, and HR Managers.
• Develop and maintain knowledge of target industries and local economic trends.
• Set and monitor pay and bill rates based on skill categories.
• On-board new customers including terms, risk assessment, pay and bill rate negotiation, and conversion schedules.
• Ensure proper credit references and client credit limits are established.
• Manages day-to-day colleague performance (sourcing, submittals, interviews) and coaches recruiters.
• Reviews and improves processes to reduce costs while meeting KPIs and SLAs.
• Manages branch P&L and cost control decisions.
• Develops branch revenue and expense forecasts and budgeting.
• Monitors workers’ compensation and unemployment claims.
• Conducts monthly one-on-one meetings to review KPI metrics and performance.
• Conducts branch audits and ensures compliance.
• Creates branch recruitment strategies and local relationships with recruiting resources.
• Participates in recruiting activities as needed.
