Job summary

The Adecco Group is hiring a Branch Manager to lead growth, client relationships, and bottom-line results in a dynamic staffing environment. The role emphasizes developing talent, managing P&L, and delivering exceptional service to clients and candidates.

You will drive sales plans, recruitment strategies, and customer satisfaction while coaching a branch team to achieve KPI targets and SLAs. A proven sales background with leadership experience is required.

Qualifications

• A high school diploma or equivalent and 5+ years of relevant work experience.
• Two year’s direct sales experience with a proven track record.
• One year of supervisory/management experience with a sales or service-oriented staff.

Responsibilities

• Grow and retain accounts; establish plans to grow and retain clients.
• Manage day-to-day colleague performance and coach Recruiters.
• Develop branch revenue and expense forecasts and budgets.
• Monitor KPIs, SLAs, and client satisfaction through regular reviews.
• On-board new customers including terms, risk assessment, and rate negotiations.
• Manage branch P&L and cost-control decisions.
