Qualifikationen

• Minimum 3 years of relevant sales or customer service experience, or equivalent education path.
• Demonstrated leadership capability; prior supervisory or coaching experience preferred.
• Strong interpersonal, communication, and marketing-oriented sales skills.
• Comfort working in a performance-driven retail banking environment.

• Partner with the Branch Manager to operate the branch with a business-owner mindset.
• Drive branch sales goals through customer engagements, referrals, and marketing efforts.
• Coach and support team members to uncover customer needs and recommend retail banking products.

• Support compliance with policies, audits, and cash controls while modeling accountability.
