Partner with Branch Manager to operate the branch with a business-owner mindset to drive retail growth and deposits.
Coach and support team members to identify customer needs and confidently recommend banking products and services.
Maintain high-quality service across teller, platform, and digital interactions while promoting a technology-forward experience.
Engage with the community and retail partners to strengthen local presence and drive branch traffic.
