Job summary

HomeTrust Bank is seeking an Associate Branch Manager in North Carolina to help lead daily branch operations, sales targets, and customer service excellence. You will support the Branch Manager in coaching staff, ensuring efficiency, and promoting community relations.

You will drive growth by cross-selling products, maintaining cash controls, and adhering to regulatory requirements while fostering HomeTrust’s culture and service standards.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of banking experience in both new account opening and lending processes, including HELOC.
• Experience in sales and service leadership roles.
• S.A.F.E. registration required at time of employment or willingness to obtain it.
• Proven track record in sales and customer service.
• Familiarity with federal and state banking regulations, including BSA and USA Patriot Act.

Responsibilities

• Drive branch performance to meet/exceed sales and service goals.
• Develop and coach branch employees for performance and growth.
• Ensure fast, courteous customer service in banking office.
• Cross-sell and refer bank products and services.
• Manage branch operations for efficiency and compliance with policies and audits.
• Assist with interviewing, hiring, and training employees.
