Qualifications

• Strong interpersonal, communication, and marketing-oriented sales skills.

Responsibilities

• Support Branch Manager to drive branch growth and customer relationships.
• Coach team to deliver Woodforest Experience and cross-sell products.
• Ensure compliance with policies and cash controls.
• Engage with community and local partners to grow traffic.
