Vantage-Credit-Union is seeking an experienced branch manager to lead daily operations, drive sales growth, and ensure profitable outcomes at our Ballwin, MO location. You will oversee lending, accounts, security, and facility management, while coaching staff to deliver exceptional member service.

Ideal candidate has 5+ years in sales, 3+ years in supervision, and a background in financial institutions. College degree preferred; involvement in community-focused initiatives is encouraged.

Qualificações

• Five years of sales experience.
• At least three years of supervisory experience.
• Experience in a financial institution preferred.
• College degree desirable.
• Attendance of industry seminars may be required.
• Ongoing professional and personal development expected.

Responsabilidades

• Manage daily branch operations and associates to meet sales, growth, and profit objectives.
• Ensure adherence to procedures and regulations related to accounts and lending.
• Oversee facilities, security controls, audits, opening/closing procedures, balancing, and supply management.
• Hire, terminate, performance reviews, coaching, and associate development.
• Provide ongoing coaching and sales training to drive service excellence.
• Promote digital banking and drive member adoption of digital tools.
• Lead branch marketing outreach and community engagement.
• Support growth of business accounts and exceptional member experience.
