Regional Finance is recruiting for an Assistant Manager to drive revenue, grow accounts, and maximize branch performance. The role suits those motivated by targets, who enjoy selling financial products and building strong customer relationships.

The position offers a pay structure with bonus opportunities, comprehensive benefits, and clear career growth paths from Assistant Manager to Branch Manager. Experience in sales or service roles is preferred.

Competenze

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Experience in sales, customer service, retail, or cash handling.
• Ability to pass drug screening and background checks where permitted by law.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable, insured transportation (required for bank deposits).
