The ideal candidate will coach teams, manage operations, ensure regulatory compliance, and deliver a differentiating client experience in omni-channel banking, while partnering with ecosystem partners

Qualifications

• Usually requires 3+ years of related experience. In lieu of a degree, a comparable combination of education, job specific certification(s), and experience may be considered.

Responsibilities

• Lead all aspects of branch performance.
• Drive revenue and loyalty through consultative interactions with clients and solutions guiding financial well-being.
• Create a differentiated customer experience across omni-channel environments.
• Collaborate with ecosystem partners and manage risk and compliance.
• Build a high performing team through hiring, onboarding, coaching and development.
• Use a branded sales process to achieve sales targets and loyalty.
• Grow branch revenue via acquisition and share-of-wallet with consumer and business clients.
