Job summary

KeyBank in Pittsburgh is seeking a Branch Manager to lead a client-focused team and grow small business relationships. You will coach staff, drive sales, and ensure branch compliance while delivering exceptional service to clients and communities.

The role requires strong leadership, outside calling, and collaboration with partners across the bank. A background in financial services and a Bachelor's degree is preferred, with Notary licensing as a plus.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years' experience in a sales capacity and leadership of a sales team.
• Experience with small business deposits/credit and understanding of C&I lending.
• Strong understanding of financial statements and consumer credit.
• Experience leveraging COIs and collaborating with multiple bank partners.
• Proven ability to communicate clearly and present to groups.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coach a branch team to deliver exceptional client service and sales results.
• Develop external relationships with small business clients and COIs in the community.
• Grow business through retention, expansion, and new client acquisition strategies.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory, security, and internal controls.
• Hire, onboard, schedule, and develop branch staff; manage staffing coverage.
• Deliver consistent coaching and performance management using Branch Playbook.
