Job summary

AAA Mountain West Group is seeking a high-caliber Branch Manager for the Chandler area. The role oversees branch growth, profitability, customer experience and staffing, with on-site duties including Saturdays.

You will drive revenue, lead a team, and ensure compliance with AAA standards. The position requires a strong track record in leadership, sales, and strategic planning, plus knowledge of AAA products and systems.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• 4 years of sales experience.
• 3 years supervisory experience in travel, retail sales, insurance or financial services.
• Valid Driver's License.
• DOI Property and Casualty Insurance License and Life Insurance License (preferred).
• Bilingual communication skills (preferred).
• Insurance industry knowledge (preferred).
• Knowledge of AAA products and systems (preferred).

Responsibilities

• Manage branch P&L to drive revenue and profitability.
• Sell AAA products (Membership, P&C, Life Insurance, travel) in-branch and via channels.
• Forecast opportunities using branch data and performance statistics.
• Develop strategies to lead new business development and growth objectives.
• Plan staffing and support requirements to execute business plans.
• Recruit, select, coach, and evaluate employees; mentor with leadership.
• Foster an engaging work environment and feedback culture.
• Develop community relationships and represent AAA to leaders and audiences.
• Ensure compliance with AAA policies and regulations.
• Provide feedback to improve competitiveness of AAA products and services.
