Job summary

AAA Mountain West Group is seeking a Branch Manager in Goodyear, AZ to lead growth and profitability for the branch. You will oversee all staff and operations, drive sales across AAA Membership, P&C and Life Insurance, and implement regional plans to grow revenue and customer loyalty.

The role requires strong leadership, strategic planning, and data-driven decision making, with on-site duties including Saturdays. A valid driver's license and insurance licenses are preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in related area or equivalent experience.
• 4 years of sales experience.
• 3 years supervisory experience in travel, retail sales, insurance or financial services.
• Valid Driver's License.
• DOI Property and Casualty Insurance License and Life Insurance License (preferred).
• Bilingual skills and AAA product knowledge preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage overall growth, development, profitability, and customer satisfaction for the branch.
• Oversee all branch operations and staff.
• Execute region business plans to grow AAA Membership, Insurance and Travel products.
• Drive year-over-year revenue growth and improve operating margin.
• Recruit, hire, coach, and evaluate branch staff and manage performance.
