AAA Mountain West Group seeks an Assistant Branch Manager to lead branch operations, sales, and team development at our St. George, UT location. You will guide Team Members, optimizeMember experiences, and drive performance with a focus on compliance and service excellence.

The role emphasizes recruiting, training, scheduling, and executing sales and engagement strategies to meet branch goals. A strong leader with data-driven decision making will thrive here.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Bachelor Degree in related field preferred.
• Valid Driver's License required.
• P&C License preferred, not required.
• 2-3 yrs. supervisory experience in travel, retail sales, insurance or service industry.
• Demonstrated experience exceeding individual goals while driving others to exceed goals.

Responsibilities

• Supervise operational and sales functions of Team Members with minimal direction.
• Oversee branch operations, member service, and sales strategy.
• Plan and execute branch-level sales and team development activities.
• Direct and support performance management and coaching within the branch.
• Ensure compliance with AAA policies, procedures, standards and regulations.
• Coordinate scheduling and budgeting for branch facilities and resources.
