AAA Mountain West Group is hiring for a branch leader in the Las Vegas area. You will drive revenue, manage the branch P&L, and oversee all operations and staff to deliver exceptional member experiences.

You will also lead hiring, performance reviews, and strategic initiatives, while building community relationships and ensuring compliance. This onsite role supports a growth-focused environment with incentive opportunities.

Qualifications

• This role requires a Bachelor's degree or equivalent with strong sales leadership experience.
• Proven ability to manage P&L and drive year-over-year revenue growth.
• Experience leading branch teams and implementing business plans.

Responsibilities

• Deliver revenue and profitability through branch P&L management.
• Sell AAA products and services and manage branch operations.
