Formación

• High School or GED is required.
• Minimum 3 years of related experience.
• Excellent management, communication, and organizational skills.
• Experience with banking audits is preferred.
• Proficient in MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.

• Generate high value customer relationships through sales leads and outbound calling to establish new customers and retain and expand existing relationships.
• Coach branch team and lead sales strategies to achieve financial goals.
• Ensure branch operations comply with FNB standards and regulatory requirements.
• Input and maintain data quality for referrals, customers, and applicants.
