Adecco Group is seeking a Branch Manager in the United States (California) to build and execute business plans, recruit and develop top talent, and deliver outstanding service to clients and candidates. You will manage the branch P&L, set pay and bill rates, and lead a team to meet KPIs and SLAs.

Responsibilities include growing accounts, conducting business reviews, and ensuring compliance with employment laws while maintaining strong relationships with HR and operations partners.

Qualifikationen

• 5+ years of relevant work experience in sales or service-oriented roles.
• Two years of direct sales experience with a track record of increased responsibilities.
• Supervisory/management experience with a sales or service-oriented staff.

• Grow and retain accounts, establish plans to grow and retain existing clients and new accounts.
• Ensure client requirements align with SLAs and contract terms.
• Maintain high client satisfaction through regular communication and reviews.
• Manage day-to-day performance of branch staff, including coaching and development.
