You will oversee branch P&L, budgeting, and cost control while aligning with company strategy. This role requires strong sales leadership, relationship building, and compliance with labor laws.

Qualifikationen

• High school diploma or equivalent and 5+ years of relevant work experience.
• Two year’s direct sales experience with a proven track record measured by increased responsibilities.
• One year of supervisory / management experience with a sales or service-oriented staff.
• Working knowledge of labor and employment laws.

Aufgaben

• Grow and retain accounts; develop plans to expand client base.
• Manage branch P&L and budgeting; control costs.
• Lead recruitment, training, and development of branch staff.
• Monitor KPIs, SLAs, and conduct regular reviews with client teams.
• Oversee recruitment strategies and develop local relationships with resources.
