Job summary

Qualifications

• Five (5) or more years of retail banking experience preferred.
• Prior supervisory experience preferred.
• Proficiency in Word and Excel required.
• Strong coaching and mentoring skills.
• Ability to lead and motivate teams.
• Excellent attention to detail and confidentiality.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations and profitability of assigned Banking Center.
• Lead weekly/monthly branch sales meetings.
• Ensure compliance with bank policies, procedures and regulations.
• Supervise, coach and counsel staff to meet goals.
• Handle complex client transactions using product and procedural knowledge.
• Manage staffing, performance appraisals, promotions and terminations.
• Drive sales of bank products to strengthen relationships and channels.
