Woodforest National Bank is seeking a Branch Manager in Ohio to lead a high-performing team at the Maple Ave location. You will own the branch P&L, drive deposit growth, and develop customer relationships through strategic partnerships within the community.

The role emphasizes ownership, service, integrity, and community, with an expectation of strong leadership, coaching, and adherence to regulatory guidelines. Expect travel up to 25% and extended hours as needed.

Formación

• Minimum 5 years of progressive banking, sales, or customer service experience and 1 year leadership experience required.
• Or a bachelor’s degree and 3 years of progressive banking, sales, or customer service experience.
• Successful completion of the Branch Manager in Training (MIT) program and a minimum of 6 months of applied MIT experience.
