Woodforest National Bank in Ohio is seeking an entrepreneurial Branch Manager I to lead the branch as a business owner, drive deposits, and build strong customer and partner relationships within the local community.

You will coach a high-performing team, ensure operational excellence, and embody our core values of Ownership, Service, Community, and Integrity while promoting a technology-forward banking experience.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of progressive banking, sales, or customer service experience and 1 year leadership experience required.
• Or a bachelor’s degree and 3 years of progressive banking, sales, or customer service experience.
• Or completion of the Branch Manager in Training (MIT) program with at least 6 months of MIT experience.

Responsabilités

• Operate the branch as a business owner – drive performance, manage resources, and grow profitability.
• Lead with accountability, drive sales goals, and measure results.
• Oversee branch operations, compliance, security, cash handling, and expenses.
