Qualifications

• OR completion of Branch Manager in Training (MIT) with at least 6 months of applied MIT experience.

Responsibilities

• Operate the branch as a business owner to drive growth and profitability.
• Lead goals and measure performance for branch team.
• Drive deposit growth and referrals to wealth management services.
