Woodforest National Bank in Ohio is seeking a Branch Manager to lead the Tallmadge/Kent branch with an entrepreneurial mindset, acting as the business owner to grow deposits and drive sales. You will engage customers and team members daily to deliver a superior Woodforest experience.

You will embody Ownership, Service, Community and Integrity while coaching staff, building relationships with partners, and driving branch-wide initiatives to improve profitability and customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of progressive banking, sales, or customer service experience and 1 year leadership experience.
• OR a bachelor’s degree and 3 years of progressive banking, sales, or customer service experience.
• OR successful completion of the Branch Manager in Training (MIT) program and 6 months of applied MIT experience.
• Strong interpersonal skills, sales acumen, and comfort with technology-driven banking solutions.

Responsibilities

• Lead branch operations with a focus on deposit growth and wealth referrals.
