Qualifications

• Must be proficient using Word, Excel and Outlook.
• Willingness to work flexible hours and hold a California driver's license.

Responsibilities

• Hires and develops staff to ensure high customer service levels.
• Runs monthly one-on-one meetings with direct reports for coaching.
• Promotes branch sales and deposits growth via promotions.
• Monitors branch performance via dashboards and staff meetings.
• Informs senior management of issues and implements policy changes.
• Leads training on sales and service techniques for staff.
• Conducts annual performance and compensation reviews.
• Ensures compliance with bank policies and regulations.
