Responsibilities include hiring and developing staff, meeting with direct reports, promoting deposits, managing audits, and ensuring regulatory adherence while delivering exceptional customer service.

Qualificações

• Proven sales ability and branch growth.
• Minimum of 7 years in a branch environment.
• Minimum of 5 years branch management experience.
• Minimum of 3 years management of complex business and consumer accounts.
• Excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills.
• Notary Public preferred.
• Must be proficient using Word, Excel and Outlook applications and banking programs.

Responsabilidades

• Hire and develop quality staff ensuring proper skills and staffing levels for customer service.
• Conduct regular one-on-one meetings with direct reports and document coaching opportunities.
• Train staff in sales and service techniques and promote branch deposits.
• Monitor branch performance and communicate progress to management.
• Ensure compliance with bank policies and state and federal regulations.
• Lead day-to-day operations and approve large deposits and withdrawals.
