You will balance customer engagement with operations, compliance, and community involvement to strengthen local banking relationships.

Qualifications

• 3 years of relevant and transferrable sales and/or customer service experience.
• Or an Associate’s degree and 2 years of relevant and transferrable sales and/or customer service experience;
• Or a Bachelor’s degree and 1 year of relevant and transferrable sales and/or customer service experience.

Responsibilities

• Partner with the Branch Manager to operate the branch with a business-owner mindset, supporting retail growth and customer acquisition.
• Drive sales goals through proactive customer engagements, referrals, and marketing efforts.
• Coach and support team members to uncover customer needs and confidently recommend retail banking products and services.
• Ensure customers receive consistent, high-quality service across teller, platform, and digital interactions.
• Promote Woodforest’s Core Values and maintain ethical standards in all interactions.
• Assist with scheduling, workflow management, and branch servicing duties as needed.
