Qualifications

• 3 years of relevant and transferrable sales and/or customer service experience.
• Associate’s degree and 2 years of relevant experience.
• Bachelor’s degree and 1 year of relevant experience.
• Demonstrated leadership capability; supervisory or coaching experience preferred.
• Strong interpersonal, communication, and marketing‑oriented sales skills.
• Comfort working in a performance‑driven retail banking environment.
• Ability to work flexible or extended hours based on business needs.

Responsibilities

• Support Branch Manager to grow deposits, sales, and customer acquisition.
• Drive branch sales through proactive customer engagements, referrals, and marketing.
• Coach team members to identify customer needs and recommend banking products.
• Ensure consistent, high‑quality service across teller, platform, and digital channels.
• Maintain compliance with policies, procedures, audits, and cash controls.
