Qualifications

• 3 years of relevant and transferrable sales and/or customer service experience.
• OR an Associate's degree and 2 years of relevant and transferrable sales and/or customer service experience.
• OR a Bachelor's degree and 1 year of relevant and transferrable sales and/or customer service experience.
• Demonstrated leadership capability; prior supervisory or coaching experience preferred.
• Strong interpersonal, communication, and marketing-oriented sales skills.
• Comfort working in a performance-driven retail banking environment.
• Ability to work flexible or extended hours based on business needs.
• Must be fluent in English and Spanish.

Responsibilities

• Partner with the Branch Manager to operate the branch with a business-owner mindset, supporting retail growth, deposit performance, and customer acquisition.
• Drive individual and team contribution to branch sales goals through proactive customer engagements, referrals, and marketing efforts.
• Support branch operations by ensuring compliance with policies, procedures, audits, and cash controls while modeling accountability and attention to detail.
• Deliver the Woodforest Experience by maintaining a strong personal presence in the branch, engaging customers with warmth and solution-focused conversations.
