Qualifications

• Two to five years of similar or related experience.
• Sound judgement and decision making skills.
• Proficiency with math calculations.
• Computer proficiency in a Microsoft Windows environment.
• Demonstrated excellent verbal, telephone and written communication skills.
• Sales ability and persuasiveness.
• Interpersonal skills to include a significant level of trust, diplomacy, courtesy and tact.
• Exceptional customer service, sales, leadership, teamwork and management skills.
• Working knowledge of bank operations.
• Ability to develop and achieve group goals in accordance with defined parameters.

Responsibilities

• Hire, train, direct and communicate performance expectations clearly and frequently, evaluate employee performance.
• Maintain qualified staff at the branch and manage a floater pool when available.
• Develop and coach staff to provide legendary customer service and cross-sell bank products.
• Engage, motivate, and lead staff to achieve branch goals and grow customers.
• Monitor teller line for compliance and resolve issues.
• Schedule and monitor daily activities of staff, including approvals.
• Order daily cash requirements and manage cash vault and staff limits.
• Uphold security policies and procedures; support the branch Security Coordinator.
• Ensure deposit, cash, and online posting differences are reviewed daily.
• Provide backup for staff and uphold duties.
