Job summary

Qualifications

• Requires high school diploma or equivalent and 5+ years of relevant work experience.
• Two years direct sales experience with proven growth in responsibilities.
• One year of supervisory/management experience in a sales or service team.

Responsibilities

• Grow and retain accounts; develop plans to expand client base and recover lost accounts.
• Coordinate with client teams to meet operational and contractual SLAs; maintain high client satisfaction.
• Lead branch P&L management including budgeting, revenue forecasts, and cost control.
• Manage day-to-day performance of staff; coach, train, and mentor recruiters.
• Improve processes to reduce service costs while meeting KPIs and SLAs.
• Onboard new customers with terms, risk assessment, and rate negotiations; ensure credit references.
