Job summary

Adecco Group seeks a Branch Manager in Florida to execute business plans for client growth, branch P&L management, and talent development. You will recruit, train, and lead a branch team while delivering exceptional service to candidates and clients.

Responsibilities include growing accounts, meeting SLAs, maintaining client relationships, and guiding recruitment efforts. Strong leadership, planning, and communication skills are essential to success in this role.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 2+ years direct sales experience with a proven track record.
• Sales experience within a personnel service organization is preferred.
• 1 year of supervisory/management experience with a sales or service-oriented staff.

Responsibilities

• Grow and retain accounts; establish plans to win new clients and expand existing ones.
• Ensure client requirements and SLAs are met; conduct regular business reviews.
• Maintain high customer satisfaction; liaise with HR, Operations, and Procurement.
• Manage branch P&L and cost control; develop forecasts and budgets.
• Lead recruitment, training, and development of branch staff; drive KPI performance.
• Onboard new customers, negotiate terms, and monitor credit references.
