Ōnin Staffing is seeking a dynamic Business Manager to launch and grow a new branch, lead daily operations, drive sales, and build a high-performing team. As the face of the branch, you’ll develop client partnerships and shape the market strategy.

You’ll manage recruitment, onboarding, compliance, and performance, while delivering staffing solutions that meet client needs and empower job seekers. A Bachelor's degree and 2+ years in leadership are preferred.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of leadership or management experience.
• Background in staffing, sales, or business development preferred.
• Proven ability to lead teams and deliver measurable results.
