Job summary

Ōnin Staffing is seeking a dynamic Business Manager to launch and grow a branch. You’ll lead sales, operations, and team development, becoming the face of Ōnin in your market and driving growth while delivering staffing solutions to local clients.

You’ll recruit and coach a high-performing team, build client partnerships, onboard job seekers, ensure policy compliance, and grow your branch through the Branch Maturity Cycle. This is a full-time, on-site role in Meridian, MS.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of leadership or management experience.
• Background in staffing, sales, or business development preferred.
• Proven ability to lead teams and deliver measurable results.
• Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business or related field preferred.
• Entrepreneurial spirit with a passion for people and performance.
