Job summary

Ōnin Staffing Texas seeks a results-driven Business Manager to launch and grow a new branch, lead day-to-day operations, and build a high-performing team. You will drive growth, recruit and develop staff, and cultivate client partnerships to deliver tailored staffing solutions.

You will support job seekers through onboarding and placement, while ensuring compliance with employment regulations and safety standards in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of leadership or management experience.
• Background in staffing, sales, or business development preferred.
• Proven ability to lead teams and deliver measurable results.
• Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Bachelor's degree in Business or related field preferred.
• Entrepreneurial spirit with a passion for people and performance.
