Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Conducts outside sales and generates new clients while managing existing relationships.
• Manages and grows loan portfolio with emphasis on portfolio quality.
• Drives revenue through loan and deposit growth and cross-sell.
• Participates in budgeting and planning for the branch.
• Oversees staffing, development, and performance of the team.
• Maintains relationships with business partners and refers complex needs to specialists.
• Ensures consistent, high-quality customer service and compliance with policies.
