World Finance is hiring a Branch Manager to drive growth, manage portfolio performance, and lead a high-performing team. The role focuses on loan production, tax preparation growth, and customer retention in a performance-driven environment.

You will generate new business through outreach, referrals, and community engagement while ensuring compliance with policies and regulatory requirements. Attendance at the branch and effective team leadership are essential for success.

Competenze

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Valid driver's license and insurance for branch operations.
• Ability to obtain required insurance licensing.
• At least one year of management experience or completion of a management training program.
• Experience in sales, lending decisions, delinquency, and portfolio performance.
