Trustmark is seeking a Branch Supervisor to oversee daily branch operations, sales initiatives, and lending activities in Mississippi. The role focuses on developing staff, driving growth, and ensuring compliance with banking regulations.

You will lead a team, conduct sales calls, process loan applications, manage the loan portfolio, and collaborate with various departments to meet branch goals while mitigating risks.

Competenze

• Bachelor's degree or three years of experience in banking or a supervisory role.
• 2 years progressive experience in platform/frontline banking operations or related areas.
• Strong understanding of Retail Banking products and services.
• Proven ability to meet sales goals in a retail environment.

• Crosstrain, lead and develop team of associates to promote efficiency and succession planning.
• Promote branch efforts in business development, referrals, deposits and loans.
• Conduct sales calls and customer meetings.
• Take and process loan applications, interview applicants, and clear exceptions and past dues.
