Responsibilities

• Lead or assist in leading branch growth through sales, referrals, deposits and loans.
• Conduct sales calls and customer meetings to grow wallet share.
• Take loan applications, interview applicants, clear exceptions and manage portfolio.
• Ensure marketing materials and branch staff comply with regulations and policies.
• Guide branch toward superior sales, service, and operations while mitigating risks.
• Conduct productive branch meetings and communicate growth strategies.
• Interview prospective employees and mentor, train, coach branch staff.
• Manage scheduling, performance appraisals, ITM/ATM operations, audits, and records.
• Participate in community service roles and perform additional duties as assigned.
