AAA Mountain West Group in Mesa, AZ seeks a Life Insurance Sales professional to expand market reach within existing members and insureds and to develop new opportunities. You will support frontline staff and agents, nurture relationships, and follow the approved sales process to drive growth.

Responsibilities include training on lead development, staying current on policy changes, and collaborating with the Life Sales Manager to build annual plans and achieve sales goals while ensuring

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED is required.
• Active Life Insurance license in the relevant state.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination preferred.
• CLU/ChFC/LUTCF designations are a plus.
• 1+ years in Life Insurance or Annuity sales preferred.

Responsibilities

• Maximizes life insurance market penetration with current members and insureds and pursues new opportunities.
• Provides life sales support and training on lead development for frontline staff and agents.
• Maintains relationships with staff, sales agents and branch management.
• Notifies agents of results with referrals and provides leads for other products.
• Stays informed on policy changes and industry updates; supports regulatory compliance.
