Job summary

Extra Mile Transportation, LLC seeks a Branch Leader to oversee day-to-day operations, develop the Branch persona, and ensure adherence to corporate guidelines. You will drive profit, manage costs, and lead by example in a team-focused environment.

You will set and pursue short- and long-term goals aligned with corporate strategy, mentor staff, and communicate needs to senior leadership as the Branch grows in revenue and efficiency.

Qualifications

• Experience and knowledge of the freight business and 3rd Party Logistics.

Responsibilities

• Run the Branch as if it were your own business while operating within corporate guidelines
• Develop the personality of the Branch
• Responsible for the day to day operations of the Branch
• Conduct all business and personnel activities within legal, moral, and ethical guidelines
• Develop short and long term goals consistent with corporate direction
• Develop and maintain budgets consistent with annual goals and corporate guidelines
• Manage revenue consistent with annual goals and corporate guidelines
• Manage all expenses consistent with annual goals and corporate guidelines
• Complete reports and tasks in a timely fashion
• Identify and communicate needs of the Branch
• Grow the Branch with regards to sales revenue consistent with annual goals and corporate guidelines
