Job summary

Park Wiseway Supply Group is seeking a Branch Manager to lead the assigned branch's daily operations, drive sales, and manage staff. You will oversee inventory, ordering, shipping, and receiving while ensuring customer satisfaction and compliance with safety standards.

The role requires strong leadership, financial acumen, and the ability to develop budgets, monitor KPIs, and build relationships with customers and suppliers within the territory. Occasional travel may be required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business administration, management, distribution, or a related field.
• Proven experience in wholesale distribution or branch management.
• Strong leadership and management skills.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and inventory/logistics software.

Responsibilities

• Oversee branch operations, including inventory, orders, shipping, and receiving.
• Develop and manage the branch budget, forecasting revenue and expenses.
• Recruit, train, and supervise branch staff; provide coaching and evaluations.
• Drive sales growth and build relationships with customers and suppliers.
• Ensure compliance with policies, safety standards, and regulatory requirements.
• Monitor KPIs and implement cost-reduction and efficiency initiatives.
