World Finance seeks a Branch Manager in Texarkana to drive branch growth, portfolio performance, and profitability through loan production, tax preparation growth, and strong customer relationships.

You will recruit and lead a high-performing team, manage operations, ensure compliance, and engage with the community to generate new business. Compensation includes base salary and performance-based bonuses.

Competenze

• Experience achieving sales, portfolio growth, or profitability goals.
• Experience making lending, collection, or customer account decisions.
• Experience managing delinquency, collections, or portfolio performance.
• Experience managing branch, store, or business operations.
• Experience leading and developing employees.
• Proven ability to generate business through community involvement, networking, customer referrals, and outbound calling activity.
• Comfortable working in a performance-driven environment that includes customer outreach, collections, and sales activities.
