World Finance in Longview, TX is seeking a Branch Manager to drive loan production, tax preparation growth, customer retention, and portfolio performance in a performance-driven environment. You will identify new business through outreach, referrals, and community engagement while evaluating lending decisions to protect portfolio health.

You will recruit, develop, and lead a high-performing team, maintain efficient branch operations, and nurture strong customer relationships.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Valid driver's license, transportation, and current insurance
• Ability to obtain required insurance licensing
• At least one year of management experience or completion of management training

Responsibilities

• Meet branch goals for loan growth and profitability
• Grow the branch via outreach, referrals, and community engagement
